The Easy, Simple, Effortless, Enjoyable Way Forward

I think I've got it all boiled down to something very simple and remarkably effective, easy and enjoyable.  Logically, I don't see how this model and methodology can be reduced any further, made any simpler or enjoyable. 1.  It's all mental.   Everything takes place in what we might call universal mind . There are no "veils", no frequencies, no spiritual levels, no "other dimensions".  Where we are and what is going on around is us entirely psychological in nature. Internal p sychology (psyche) is experienced as external reality.  2. Intention identifies the psychological goal you want to experience.   Understand what your true goal is, not just how you dress it up.  Don't mistake the goal for that which you think should produce the goal.  Example: don't intend to win the lottery if your goal is actually to be happy.  Make sure you're intending your real goal. 3. Attention directs and drives experience towards what you put your atte...

Yes, I'm A Channeler - My Coming Out Post

So, this is a "coming out" post. I'm a channeler.  I channel information easily and it is prolific.  In fact, a lot of the time I just refuse to do it.  I've refused to put most of the information I get out into the world unless I first edit it profusely and characterize it entirely as it being my opinion, my personal perspective. A large portion I've just never really shared, except very rarely on this blog.  This has been going on since the early 1990's when I channeled two books that were published by Loompanics: Anarchic Harmony and Unconditional Freedom . I didn't know that was going on at the time. After I became the co-host of Sheila Lowe's Zoom group on automatic writing and mediumship, I read up on what those and other terms meant, and realized I had been channeling/automatic writing since I started writing that first book.  The content just came to and through me - it wasn't any effort and these things just write themselves, while I ...

The Hits Just Keep On Coming!

It's amazing that I now categorize what are basically "normal" days as "blah" days.  Our experience has become so fantastic that a "normal" day feels like "blah".  Instead of putting a negative spin on it, I'm just going to call them "normal" days from now on. Yesterday was more of a "normal" day, but I recognized it for what it was - a "process" day. Hmm. Maybe I should call it that instead of "normal."  Abraham-Hicks says that times like that is when source is busily bringing our desires to us and doesn't require any input at the time, only our "allowing" acceptance of it as part of the process.  He/she says that times like that are good for sleeping, resting, or just relaxing, which I did by watching more TV than I usually do. I also took a nap, and when I woke up I swear I could hear our "Forever and For Always" song playing very, very subtly. I could barely make it o...

Alternative Dimensional Transition Methodology

So what I'm excited to be doing now along with writing my new book is developing what I call "Alternative Dimensional Transition Methodology", or ADTM for short. It's based on the framework outlined previously in the Identity Matrix Model of Reality ( Part 1 & Part 2 ), supported by the Craig Hogan videos (President of AREI), which views the "external world" as being, in actuality, non-physical in nature, but rather an "Experiential Reality", as Mr. Hogan describes it. Most of our afterlife nomenclature and modeling revolves around there being actual realities outside of mind.  We use terms like levels of spirit realms, worlds, vibrational levels, etc.  We think of NDE and OOBE experiences as "leaving the body" or moving from one actual physical location to another. Death is characterized as leaving this world and going somewhere else.  I think words and terms used from this model may be inefficient in many cases. I don't li...

Principle of Attunement

Since I haven't had any more inclination (thank God!) to write about the whole "model of reality" thing (after making it clear I wasn't going to be a willing participant), this morning I tried something new in terms of "automatic writing".   Well, it's not really "new" for me because this is another thing I realize I've done my whole life; thought about a subject I wanted to have clarified in my mind, and then start talking to myself out loud as if I'm explaining it to myself.  Virtually all the information I have acquired over the years has been verified or at least repeated from other sources - some established before my acquisition of the information, some after, but always from sources I had not even heard of up to that point. When my wife started reading materials from Abraham-Hicks, she would often tell me that they A-H was saying the same thing, advocating the use of the same principles that Irene and I were already using ...
