Expansion of Creative Potential

I’ve noticed a shift in the focus of my meditations and conversations with Irene, and I now realize they’ve been advancing a certain way.  In the beginning it was more of a desperate need on my part - needing to “find her”, get to her, experience her).  As that need was met, it became more about creating an emotional atmosphere of confidence, wholeness and trust – an emotional stability and satisfaction – by being with her experientially.  From that solid base, we are now about co-creating our experience to be the best, most wonderful possible.  Strange how that completely reflects our physical lives here, only compressed into a much shorter period of time.  As she and I have explored more of what “creating our experiential reality” in an unlimited manner means, it’s become very interesting to explore and get past limitations of thought/imagination that exist due to 59 years of physical experience here. For example,  for a long time I could not imagine th...

A Quote From Jurgen Ziewe

Jurgen Ziewe, an OOBE explorer and author of Vistas of Infinity, Multidimensional Man and The Ten Minute Moment, said the following in the AREI Facebook group (quoted with permission): "Unlimited freedom is one of the core aspects of universal consciousness. This is why the principle of freedom has been entered by us into our basic human rights. If there were restrictions in any shape or form laid on us after we die, then universal consciousness would have invalidated itself. So it is our limited human perspective which alone forces restrictions upon us. We may outgrow our basic human needs but that doesn’t invalidate the needs of others. Fortunately one of the functions of our continuing existence is that we are able to respond and satisfy all unfulfilled needs and desires without exceptions, from the most basic, even debased, to the highest and most sublime." I find great comfort in these words, and they echo my own view about our creative ability and our free will. I tak...

My Rant About Reality

I'm still a little off-frequency today, but doing better.  (Frequency constipated?  Get new astral-tone, the app that puts you back in focus!) I actually experienced about five minutes of sadness yesterday - I think it was more of a pity-party than anything else. You know your spirit team really, really loves it when you start throwing pity-parties.  I can just see the eyes rolling. Really? Five minutes of sadness? Good grief! How good does this guy have to have it? I kept reminding myself that to not try and figure out a solution, but rather just trust the process.  I remembered a dream again this morning, so my dream-remembering initiative is really going well.  Something I noticed about my dreams is that I don't have a lot of tactile sensation, it's mostly sight and sound. There was an interesting conversation that developed off of one of my posts about the validating process; essentially it was about where we draw the line between "what is real" and ...

Maintaining Our Vibe

After getting into some rather involved discussions in a Facebook group, I felt "off" - not say or down, but just confused and out of sorts.  I spent a lot of time yesterday with Irene talking about it, and it led to discussions about several other things - what she and are doing, how we are going about doing it, the nature of our existence and relationship. It brought to mind the memory of all the times we did this while she was here. We'd start talking about something casually, then the discussion would turn philosophical in some ways, she'd pull her legs up to a cross legged position and light up a cigarette, I'd do the same, and then we would talk for hours, sometimes all night long.  She told me so many times how much she loved the fact that we could talk about such things, how fun and interesting it was.  I was so happy to have this beautiful woman staying up all night talking with me about such things, like a dream come true. We would also talk about wh...

A More Creative, Proactive Perspective

The past couple of days, even in the midst of realizing how far I've come in so short a time and being very grateful for it, I've had bouts of a rather strange, negative emotion.  Also I have started feeling a kind of loss of breath, almost like the heart-clutch feeling.  I think I'm actually feeling sorry for myself.  I'm having a difficult time believing this is me - I thought I might be picking up on someone else's feelings in the family, which is why I haven't said anything about it until now.  I was trying to figure out what it was. However, that's really what I don't need to do - try to figure that kind of thing out.  Until I get a clear path on anything set in front of me as the result of my intentions and affirmations, I don't need to do anything, much less try to "figure out" what is going on.  "Figuring something out" isn't an empowering perspective; creating and manifesting what I want to be is the empowering ...
